Had a great stay with my family! We loved the indoor pool and the cozy courtyard for picnics. The only hiccup was that the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but it didn’t ruin our fun. 😊

The beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly during check-in. However, the breakfast options left much to be desired, and I found several exterior doors inaccessible from the outside, which seemed odd. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were out of order during my previous stay, so I was pleased to see they were functioning this time.

The King Room was actually really nice. Super comfy bed—I didn’t even feel my husband moving around. It was all clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was a hit, my husband couldn’t stop raving about it! Location was perfect for us, just a couple minutes to downtown.

We booked a 2-queen room and were super disappointed when we got a tub instead of the roll-in shower we needed. The front desk staff weren't very helpful, and dealing with corporate was a hassle. On the plus side, the room was clean and the dining area outside was nice for a picnic. Wish they communicated better about room accessibility.

And speaking of weary, the staff here were kind and welcoming, making check-in a breeze despite the hiccups. Plus, the pool area was a splish-splashing good time! Now, on the flip side, my room had that musty mildew vibe, not the cozy retreat I was hoping for. Also, where was the shower curtain? Seems like housekeeping missed a few details, but at least the service team kept things cheerful.

i enjoyed my stay here for the convenient access to the soo locks visitor center, which is just under 5 km away, and the stunnning views of ashmun bay that were just a short walk from the hotel.
